Imagine enjoying your morning coffee as whales play in the ocean that lies just yards away.  Or watching the sunset over the island of Lanai as you sip your choice of beverage.  These pleasures can be experienced from either of the two lanai’s of “Le Penthouse” at Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea).  This luxurious TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, sixth floor OCEANFRONT condo has gorgeous, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the west Maui Mountains and neighboring islands.  The beachfront of Kauhale Makai is excellent for long morning walks.

Our condo, "Le Penthouse", is located on the sixth floor of the Anthurium building at Kauhale Makai. It is the largest unit in the complex.  It was COMPLETELY REMODELED in September of 2007.  There are two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  The kitchen has all new appliances and is, of course, fully equipped. There is a dining area, which seats four. There are lanais off the living room and the master bedroom.  Our condo, which has TWO-ZONED CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, contains a TV, DVD player, CD player and has high-speed Internet access  (you bring the computer).  There are washers and dryers on every floor.
